F.A.T. Balance Diet 10 Steps to Weight Loss Freedom
This book is so well written! Not only is it motivational, attacks real life situations but, it’s hilarious! The author must have a great sense of humor!
The concept is great! You learn so much about weight loss through 10 fictional characters the author has created. The characters each have an issue they deal with that each of us can relate to.
